Shipping policy

LOPHA Coffee provides nationwide delivery across Vietnam.

Orders will be delivered through third-party logistics partners, including Viettel Post and LOPHA Coffee’s distributor network.

1. Shipping Fee

• LOPHA Coffee offers free nationwide shipping for orders from 800,000 VND
• For orders under 800,000 VND, shipping fees will be applied according to the rates of the delivery service provider.

2. Terms and Conditions

• This policy applies to all customers purchasing products on the website.
• This policy officially takes effect from 01/07/2026.
• The free shipping offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• This policy may be applied together with other promotional programs.

3. Delivery Time

• Ho Chi Minh City area: 1–2 days from order confirmation.
• Other provinces and cities: 2–4 days from order confirmation.

4. Notes

• Customers will be contacted and delivery will be attempted up to two times.
• We will contact customers to confirm their orders within the next 24 hours via phone or Zalo.
• Upon receiving the order, customers are kindly requested to check the condition and quantity of the products in their order.
