Exchange and return policy

1. Exchange and Return Conditions

Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the condition of the products immediately upon receipt. LOPHA Coffee supports exchanges and returns in the following cases:

• The delivered product is incorrect in type, model, or design compared with the order or the product information displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• The order is delivered with missing quantities or without the complete set/accessories included.
• The product is externally damaged, such as torn packaging, dents, peeling, breakage, or other visible damage.

To complete the exchange or return process, customers are kindly requested to provide images or relevant information as proof of the product condition.

2. Exchange and Return Timeframe and Method

Notification period: Customers must notify LOPHA Coffee within 24 hours from the time of receipt for cases involving missing items, damaged products, or product defects.

Product return period: Products must be returned within 03 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange/return methods:

• Customers may return the product directly to the store.
• Alternatively, customers may send the product by post to the following address: 47 Le Van Mam Street, Tan Dong Hiep, Ho Chi Minh City

3. Refund Policy and Costs

In cases where the issue is caused by LOPHA Coffee:

• Customers will receive a 100% refund of the order value.
• Refund methods are flexible according to the customer’s preference, either in cash or via bank transfer.

Exchange and return costs:

• Exchange and return fees are 100% free of charge if the product meets the exchange and return conditions.
• If the issue is caused by the delivery service provider, customers will not be required to pay any additional costs.
