ZALOPAY PAYMENT GUIDE

When shopping on the LOPHA Coffee website, you can pay online through the ZaloPay Payment Gateway using an e-wallet, bank card, or VietQR code. ZaloPay supports multiple payment methods and complies with security standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.

1. General Payment Steps

Step 1: Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and click Checkout.

Step 2: Enter your complete delivery details, including:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Order notes (if any)

Step 3: Under Payment Method, choose one of the following ZaloPay options:

• ZaloPay Gateway – E-wallet
• ZaloPay Gateway – ATM Card
• ZaloPay Gateway – Visa/Mastercard/JCB
• ZaloPay Gateway – VietQR

Step 4: Review your order information and click Place Order or Pay.

Step 5: The system will redirect you to the ZaloPay Payment Gateway. Complete the payment confirmation by following the on-screen instructions

Step 6: Once the transaction is complete, the system will automatically redirect you back to the LOPHA Coffee website and display the payment result.

2. Payment via the ZaloPay E-Wallet

Select the method: ZaloPay Gateway – E-walletThen:

1. Click Place Order/Pay.
2. The ZaloPay payment screen will display a QR code or instructions to open the app.
3. Open the ZaloPay app or the ZaloPay feature within the Zalo app.
4. Scan the displayed QR code.
5. Verify the payee name, order code, and amount.
6. Select your payment source.
7. Confirm the transaction using your password, biometrics, or the requested authentication method.

The ZaloPay QR code is designed for payment via the ZaloPay or Zalo app.

3. Payment via Domestic ATM Card

Select the method: ZaloPay Gateway – ATMThen:

1. Click Place Order/Pay.
2. Select your card-issuing bank.
3. Enter your card or bank account details as prompted by the system.
4. Verify the payment amount.
5. Enter the OTP or complete your bank’s authentication process.
6. Wait for the system to notify you of the transaction result.

This method is suitable for domestic ATM cards or bank accounts that support online payment in accordance with the issuing bank’s regulations. The ZaloPay Gateway supports payment via ATM card and Internet Banking

4. Payment via Visa, Mastercard, or JCB

Select the method: ZaloPay Gateway – Visa/Master/JCB Then:

1. Click Place Order/Pay.
2. Enter your card details accurately:
   • Card number
   • Cardholder name
   • Expiry date
   • Security code (CVV/CVC)
3. Verify the payment amount.
4. Click confirm.
5. Complete the authentication step required by your card-issuing bank.
6. Wait for the system to notify you of the payment result.

Card details are entered and processed on the ZaloPay Gateway payment form

5. Payment via VietQR CodeSelect the method: ZaloPay Gateway – VietQR Then:

1. Click Place Order/Pay.
2. The screen will display a QR code specific to your order.
3. Open your banking app, ZaloPay, or any app that supports VietQR scanning.
4. Select the Scan QR Code function.
5. Scan the code displayed on the screen.
6. Carefully verify:
   • The payee name
   • The amount
   • The order content or order code
7. Confirm the payment in the app.

The ZaloPay universal QR – VietQR can be paid using ZaloPay, Zalo, and supported banking apps.

Payment Notes

• Please carefully check your order information and the payment amount before confirming.
• Do not close your browser or leave the page while the system is processing the transaction.
• Do not make multiple payments for the same order.
• Never share your OTP, banking password, or card security code with anyone.
• An order is only recorded as paid when the LOPHA Coffee website displays a Payment Successful notification or the corresponding status.
• If your account has been debited but the order has not been updated, please save the transaction code or a screenshot so LOPHA Coffee can investigate.

Payment Support

When you need assistance, please provide:

• The name of the person who placed the order
• Phone number
• Order code
• Payment method
• Transaction code or a screenshot of the transaction

LOPHA Coffee will review and respond to you as soon as possible.
