Each grind size is calibrated to suit the familiar brewing methods of Vietnamese coffee lovers: from the traditional phin to Cold Brew, Moka Pot, or drip brewing. As a result, the coffee extracts more evenly, preserving the full aroma and distinctive finish of each coffee variety.

At LOPHA, each coffee bean is not only carefully selected before roasting but also undergoes a cleaning process using ultrasonic cleaning technology. This is an important step that helps LOPHA pursue pure coffee: cleaner from the bean, purer in flavor, and safer for consumers’ health.
