Payment Method

LOPHA Coffee provides multiple flexible payment methods to ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience for customers.

1. Payment by Visa/Mastercard/JCB

Customers may use international payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or JCB to make online payments on the website shop.lophacoffee.com.

How to Pay

Select the product and proceed to place your order.

At the Payment Method step, select International Card Payment.

Enter all required information:

• Cardholder Name
• Card Number
• Expiry Date
• CVV/CVC security code, consisting of 3 or 4 digits on the card

Authenticate the transaction according to the requirements of the card-issuing bank, such as OTP or 3D Secure, if applicable.

After successful payment, the system will send an order confirmation notification.

Notes

The card must be enabled for online payment.

The transaction may be declined if the card information is incorrect or if the card-issuing bank does not approve the payment.

LOPHA Coffee does not store any customer payment card information on its system.

All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway in accordance with the security standards of the payment service provider.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer

Customers may make payment by bank transfer using the information below:

Notes

Customers are kindly requested to complete payment within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

After this period, the order may be automatically cancelled if payment has not been recorded.

Bank transfer fees, if any, shall be paid by the customer in accordance with the bank’s regulations.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

LOPHA Coffee supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
How to Pay

At the order placement step, select Cash on Delivery (COD).

When the order is delivered, customers may check the external condition of the product before making payment.

Customers shall pay the delivery staff directly according to the confirmed order value.

Notes

COD may not be available for certain areas or special orders.

If any additional shipping fees arise, customers will be informed before the order is confirmed.

4. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment is received, LOPHA Coffee will confirm the order and proceed with packaging and delivery in accordance with the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy.
