The delivered product does not match the type or model stated in the order or the information on the website at the time of purchase.
The delivered quantity is insufficient or does not include the full set/accessories.
The product has external damage such as: torn packaging, dents, peeling, breakage, etc.
To complete the return/exchange process, Valued Customers are kindly requested to provide images or relevant information proving the condition of the product.

Notification period: Within 24 hours from the time of receipt (applicable to cases of missing items, damage, or product defects).
Product return period: Within 03 days from the date of receipt.
